Alpha H2’s hydrogen injection kits are being trialled by Mexican transport compaies for fleet operations

Alpha H2 has decided to begin trialing their on-demand hydrogen injection system. Two Mexican transport companies have agreed to be part of this trial and the overall purpose of holding trial is to find methods for reducing emissions and fuel costs.
It has already been scheduled that the first trial will be conducted with Traxión, one of Mexico’s leading mbility and transport providers. This company has a fleet of 10,900 vehicles. The other part of this trial will be conducted with a bus that is owned by Trayecto. This company is well known as the nation’s largest interstate transport company.
Overall the purpose driving this trial, will be to evaluate Alpha H2’s technology, whilst simultaneously assessing how it could be integrated into both of the companies exisiting operations. On top of this excellent step forwards, this project also marks an advancement for the United H2 Limited investee’s expansion into Latin America.
Results so far, from third-party tests have portrayed a ‘20% reduction in fuel consumption, a 13% reduction in CO2 emissions, and a 16% reduction in hydrocarbon emissions.’
Right now, the company has an increasing sales pipeline within the region and this is currently being managed with the United H2 Limited’s local joint venture partner, GreenH2 LATAM. Through a collaboration, these companies are focusing on deploying hydrogen injection systems across Mexico, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil.
Alpha H2 made an online statement that, ‘if the Mexico trials are successful, “orders are expected to follow.”’
