These advanced products are engineered for both 350-bar and 700-bar hydrogen vehicle systems and are a key part of Pressure Tech’s expanding hydrogen product range, designed to meet the diverse demands of the entire hydrogen value chain, from production and storage to distribution and end-use.

A875 Regulator: Precision and Performance

The A875 is a single-bodied regulator that features mechanical pressure reduction paired with a state-of-the-art proportional control valve, ensuring precise gas flow management essential for optimising hydrogen combustion engines. Additionally, the integrated pressure relief valve (PRV) enhances safety and operational reliability in high-pressure settings. The A875 also features an integrated solenoid valve on the outlet of the regulator for complete automated gas isolation. Both the proportional and solenoid valves feature automotive industry standard plug connectors for ease of integration into vehicle wiring systems.

M875 Regulator: Modular Versatility

In contrast, the M875 introduces a modular design, allowing for customisable configurations tailored to unique system needs. Featuring a first-stage pressure regulator, the M875 can be equipped with various manifold blocks to integrate components such as proportional valves, solenoid valves, pressure relief valves, purge valves, second stage pressure regulator, and pressure transducers. This adaptability makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of applications within the hydrogen mobility sector.
