Cathryn brings over 20 years of commercial experience with increasing responsibility in specialty chemicals over a broad range of markets. Her expertise includes developing new markets, strategic business plans, product management, and distribution. During her time at Albemarle, she developed a custom manufacturing business via technical sales, established global supply chain planning for the refinery catalyst business, and improved the profitability of the polyolefin catalyst business as a product manager. During her 10-year tenure at Univar Solutions, she secured valuable supply relationships with multinational companies, developed both product and market-oriented strategies, and led the product management team for strategic categories. Most recently, Cathryn held the position of Sr Director, Global Distribution where she was responsible for creating a cross-market global distribution strategy for SI Group.
