Emily Pilstl is a SAF Program Management lead at OxEon Energy and is currently supporting Naval Research Laboratory programs for generation of JP5 from FT product. She leads terrestrial and space applications of OxEon’s MOXIE program, which has generated oxygen from the Mars atmosphere CO2 seventeen times. OxEon Energy specializes in complementary energy conversion technologies to link production of hydrogen and sustainable fuels with CO2 conversion and renewable energy. With a 30 year history in solid oxide fuel cell development, advances in solid oxide electrolysis cell production, and successful fuel reformation demonstrations, OxEon’s technology suite enables energy storage solutions that address the challenges of integrating renewable energy sources.
