Jeff Hammons is a proven specialty chemicals industry leader who brings over 15 years of leadership, product commercialization, marketing and sales, supply chain, process design, and operating experience across a broad range of companies. He has extensive experience with both early stage and established companies, including large established companies such as Albemarle Corporation and Nouryon (formerly Akzo Nobel Specialty Chemicals), as well as pre-revenue companies commercializing their first products and production facilities such as Biosynthetic Technologies and 5E Advanced Materials.
Jeff joined Arcadia after most recently being the Director of Supply Chain for publicly traded critical minerals startup 5E Advanced Materials, where he was part of a lean management team and had accountability for procurement, logistics, warehousing, and product sales and marketing. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
