As a Senior Vice President for North America, Kelly is responsible for the development and strategic growth for the region, across the energy, chemicals, and resource sectors. She has over 20 years of experience in business development and asset management experience, synthesizing complex and dynamic market factors to bridge technical complexities. The energy transition, including decarbonisation and asset monetization, and the navigation of ESG, are key areas of focus of development driving market demands and needs. Throughout her career, Kelly has worked closely with customers, leading project teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to support them. She has extensive experience in portfolio and asset management, operational efficiencies, and routinely assists operators with the evaluation and prioritization of risk, with a focus on operational readiness and achieving net zero. Kelly has held other senior roles including Managing Technical Director, Director of Midstream, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Upstream/Midstream and LNG.
