Greg Matlock, Partner- Americas Energy Transition and Renewable Energy Leader, EY
Greg Matlock is a Partner/Principal in EY’s National Tax Department (Houston based) and serves as EY’s Americas Energy Transition and Renewable Energy Leader. Greg has significant experience throughout the energy transition spectrum, with a particular emphasis on carbon capture use and sequestration projects (point source, as well as direct air capture), as well as hydrogen (blue, green and other variants), and other energy-transition related asset classes. Greg teaches Energy Taxation at the University of Houston Law School, and he recently re-joined EY from Mayer Brown, where he served as a Partner and the Global Energy Tax and Energy Transition Leader. Greg is a frequent speaker (and writer) on energy and energy tax issues.
